Show Notes

On this episode, I chat with Jen Comfort - one of the head coaches from the world's first AI driven training app: PKRS.AI. An accomplished athlete as well, Jen has competed in 13 Ironman races and has qualified for the Ironman World Championship 3 separate times (she certainly walks the walk). In this conversation, Jen shares valuable training insights based on her 10+ years of experience as an endurance coach. Enjoy!
